The enviroment is very calm and relaxed, profesional and friendly, you need to feel comfortable as it is really important, there is no rush and everything needs time to settle down, something tht I really like abouthypnotherapy is that there is no presure overthe targets as it is very gentle, I know we will get there but in a gently way
Am I going to be consistent during the session?
Yes, all the time and you will be able to remember all the session(s) as you are in a very relaxed state of mind and conscious all the time, we speak and work with the subconscious part of the mind and in this therapy you are aware and all your faculties works perfect, also you can stop the session at any point if you want.
For how long the benefits of the therapy are going to last?
For as long as you work on your targets, going to hypnotherapy is not like taking a pill that magically resolve your problems, you have to put energy, effort, and your will for a change. probably the begining is the hardest part but don't worry, we can have more than one session if you feel you need it.
